Yeoreum, cast as lead in 'Teaching Practice: Idiot Girls and School Ghost 2', shares daily life in Downtown Seoul

WJSN's Yeoreum has shared an update on her recent activities ahead of her film debut as a lead actress. Recently, Yeoreum posted photos on her SNS taken in a nighttime Downtown Seoul setting, featuring CGV signage and street signs.

In the photos, Yeoreum stands in the middle of a street illuminated by streetlights, wearing a bright-colored sleeveless top. She is seen gazing at the camera with both hands held near her mouth. This update comes alongside news that Yeoreum has been cast as the protagonist, Park Saet-byeol, in the film 'Teaching Practice: Idiot Girls and School Ghost 2'. Having previously played the role of Li Ju-ha in the web drama 'Jun & Jun', Yeoreum is set to continue her career as an actress through this film.

Expanding horizons from WJSN main dancer to actress

Debuting on February 25, 2016, with the 1st mini album 'WOULD YOU LIKE?', Yeoreum has been active as WJSN's main dancer, sub-vocalist, and sub-rapper. She has been responsible for performances in the group's major tracks, including 'Secret', 'HAPPY', 'Kimi ni Todoke', and 'BUTTERFLY'.

Beyond group activities, she has showcased songs such as 'Hmph!' and 'Super Yes!' with the unit WJSN CHOCOME, and also promoted as a member of EL7Z U+P, a group formed through Mnet's 'Queendom Puzzle'. After recording 5th place on 'Queendom Puzzle', Yeoreum continued her activities through the 1st mini album '7+UP'.
