After first attempting the voice actor exam in 2012, they have finally reaped the fruits of their labor 14 years later. Jung Moon-joo, who passed the final stage to become a KBS 51st exclusive voice actor, reflected on the time passed and shared the weight of this achievement.

To reach the goal of becoming a voice actor, Jung Moon-joo engaged in various activities, including office work and performing on theater and musical stages. For the past 7 years, she faced the crisis of failing to pass the first round. She revealed the weight of this final opportunity at the age of 38, stating, "I thought to myself that if I didn't pass this time, I would quit." She cited a change in her environment that allowed her to focus on her studies as the background for this success.
Passing After 14 Years of Challenge, Jung Moon-joo's Confession
Kim Do-yoon, who shared in the joy of passing, also spent 8 years building his skills through open recruitment exams. Recalling the tense moments during the third round of testing, Kim Do-yoon said that the bright expression of a colleague ahead of him provided positive energy, allowing him to feel at ease.
In the midst of repeated failures, the two had different ways of managing their anxiety. To suppress anxiety about the future, Kim Do-yoon chose running to focus on the present. On the other hand, Jung Moon-joo managed herself with the mindset of "this is all there is," never letting go of her dream.
Having passed their time as examinees, they now begin new activities as KBS exclusive voice actors.
