The 'The Golden Fit Wellness Club' Favored by Celebrities like Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Jung-jae
Located in Gangnam, Seoul, 'The Golden Fit Wellness Club' is so popular that visitors often have to take waiting numbers even without any separate advertising. Famous celebrities, including entertainer Yoo Jae Suk and actors Lee Jung-jae, Gong Yoo, Lee Kwang-soo, Jung Yong-hwa, Bae Suzy, and Seolhyun, are known to be regulars at this establishment.

CEO Yoon Tae-sik, who runs the club, has been on the front lines providing personalized PT for 14 years since opening the center in 2012. Yoon has appeared on broadcasts such as Mnet's 'Produce X 101' and 'Idol School' as a trainer and is a veteran who has managed the health of VIPs for over 20 years. After majoring in Social Physical Education at Korea University and obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Sports Science, he also won the overall Grand Prix at Musclemania in 2015.
"Beware of Diets Focused Solely on Protein" Points Out Nutritional Imbalance
Yoon recently expressed concern regarding the pharmaceutical-dependent diets currently in vogue. He pointed out the limitations of weight loss that does not combine exercise with proper dieting, noting cases where clients complain of the yo-yo effect or loss of skin elasticity.
In particular, he identified a problem where modern individuals focus heavily on protein intake but neglect plant-based nutrients, such as vegetables and fruits, that maintain bodily balance. He explained that a diet skewed solely toward animal protein can disrupt the body's balance.
'Golden Fit Phyto Protein' Incorporating 20 Years of Know-how Debuts on Wadiz
Based on this awareness, Yoon recently introduced 'Golden Fit Phyto Protein' through the crowdfunding platform Wadiz. This is his first wellness project, condensing 20 years of field experience.
The product utilizes whole grains such as brown rice and oats so it can be used as a meal replacement before or after exercise. It is characterized by its focus on providing protein while reducing sugar absorption and balancing with plant-based nutrients. Yoon emphasized, "A balanced diet and appropriate exercise tailored to my body are the truths for a healthy life."
