Actress Seo Hyo-rim expressed her longing for her mother-in-law, the late Kim Soo Mi, along with her determination to continue the *kimchi* business the deceased established during her lifetime. On June 26, 2026, Seo Hyo-rim released a video on her SNS showing her researching how to make homemade *kimchi*.
