Performed at LG Arts Center Seoul U+ Stage from May 15 to June 21
'Beginning' was performed from May 15 to June 21 at the LG Arts Center Seoul U+ Stage in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. It is a two-person play that realistically and playfully depicts the beginning of adulthood through a conversation between Danny and Laura, who are left alone after the protagonist Laura's house party ends.
Lee Yoon-ji portrayed Laura, a successful career woman who also lives with inner loneliness, through a multi-dimensional emotional line. As it was a two-person play with a small cast working in sync, her feelings for the team were also deep. She said, "Since it is a two-person play with a small team, I feel a deeper and more intense bond with each person, and I have to suppress the desire to see them every day after the show ends."
She greeted the audience who visited the venue by saying, "I express my sincere gratitude." To the production staff and actors who were with her, she called out Jjong-oppa, Yu-seon unnie, Cheon-hui oppa, Director Sang-ah, Director Jeong-hwan, and Woo-young one by one, writing, "I looooove you all," and to CEO Ssu, she expressed her thanks, writing, "You worked hard, thank you."
