Fitness trainer and YouTuber Shim Eu-ddeum is leaving the SBS variety show 'Kick a Goal.'

On the 15th, Shim Eu-ddeum personally shared the news of her departure through her YouTube channel, 'Hip Eu-ddeum.' In the video, she calmly shared her thoughts, stating, "There will be an official announcement today. I will be leaving 'Kick a Goal.'"

Having joined as a founding member of FC Streaming Fighter in 2023 and leading the team as captain, Shim Eu-ddeum reminisced about her journey over the past 3 years and 3 months. "Every moment in 'Kick a Goal' was precious and happy, so I want to leave with a smile," she said. "Learning and adapting to soccer allowed me to feel many positive aspects of team sports. I feel that I truly made the right choice by doing this."

A decision for new challenges, a final farewell shared through tears

The decisive reason for her departure is a new challenge. Shim Eu-ddeum revealed, "Because I am facing a new challenge, I had to make this big decision. Since it was a difficult decision to make, I am already taking my next steps."

Having spent her time running across the field as 'soccer player Shim Eu-ddeum,' she shed tears at the thought that she could no longer show this side of herself to her fans. She expressed her honest feelings, saying, "It is very bittersweet to think that I can no longer show you all my moments running on the field."

Shim Eu-ddeum expressed her intention to continue supporting the program as a "viewer club owner." She extended her gratitude to the FC Streaming Fighter players, coaching staff, and production team, adding that she plans to reveal her future plans one by one.
