A wood-fired sauna sends the cast straight into Norway's icy lake

In Norway's wilderness, cast members pair a wood-fired sauna with a subzero-feeling lake plunge for a bracing nature escape.

The sauna site, set against the backdrop of Norway's nature, was filled with the intense heat generated by firewood. The cast members surrendered their bodies to the humidity and warmth inside the sauna, enjoying a rest in nature. In particular, the temperature created using firewood delivered a deep heat that differed from typical saunas.

A sauna filled with the warmth of firewood

Firewood was piled high inside the sauna, and the cast members expressed satisfaction while admiring the radiating heat and the surrounding scenery. One cast member marveled, asking, "Where on earth is a place like this?", and reacted by saying, "It's so good, I'm happy." As sweat began to build up on their bodies inside the sauna, the cast members prepared for the next step: entering the lake.

A splash into an icy lake below 0 degrees

After warming their bodies in the sauna, the cast members headed straight to a cold freshwater lake. Although the lake temperature felt cold enough to be below 0 degrees, the immersion immediately after the sauna provided a thrilling sense of liberation. The cast members threw themselves into the cold water, feeling the stability of the lake floor touching their feet.

After entering the ice-like water, the cast members screamed while expressing satisfaction, saying, "It's so refreshing" and "I feel great." One cast member conveyed the sensation of the immersion, saying, "It feels like we are all diving in at once from above." Moving back and forth between the hot sauna and the cold lake, the cast members fully enjoyed the refreshing sensation provided by the nature of Norway.
