JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' has teased a battle of chef pride set in aespa Winter's refrigerator. In this episode airing at 8:50 PM on July 5, the pasta revenge match between Sam Kim and Jeong Ho-young, followed by the 'metallic taste' cooking battle between Lee Moon Jung and Kwon Sung-joon, will unfold in succession.

Sam Kim and Jeong Ho-young, Re-match in Pasta Following Ramen Battle

The first showdown is a noodle dish revenge match between Sam Kim and Jeong Ho-young. In their previous encounter, Jeong Ho-young defeated Sam Kim by putting forward Japanese ramen, which is close to his main specialty. At that time, Sam Kim expressed that it was an unfair match as he struggled with the unfamiliar ramen cooking process.

This time, the tide turns. Sam Kim seeks revenge by bringing his main specialty, pasta, while Jeong Ho-young also shows his determination to defeat Sam Kim with pasta.

The psychological warfare between the two chefs continues even before the cooking begins. Jeong Ho-young, who usually provides fun by using aespa's choreography for menu names, showcases dance moves worthy of a 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator Dancing Machine' in front of Karina and Winter. Sam Kim also counters by revealing his own dance skills.

As the actual cooking begins, the atmosphere changes. Sam Kim, who had previously volunteered to act as a 'cooking tool' by assisting Jeong Ho-young with the cooking process, suddenly transforms at the critical moment, leaving Jeong Ho-young flustered. Watching this, fellow chefs could not hide their surprise, asking, "Did you want to win this much?"

Lee Moon Jung's 2-0 Undefeated Streak vs. Kwon Sung-joon's 5-Game Winning Streak in 'Metallic Taste' Battle

In the second battle, Lee Moon Jung and Kwon Sung-joon target Winter's palate. Matching Winter's usual preference for stimulating flavors, the two face off with so-called 'metallic taste' dishes.

Lee Moon Jung, who currently holds an undefeated record of 2 wins and 0 losses with a 100% win rate on 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator', has been preparing for this battle for a long time. She confesses that she has been waiting for a showdown with Kwon Sung-joon, the first winner of 'Culinary Class Wars', since her first appearance on the program. She expresses her ambition to showcase the 'metallic taste' and 'knife taste' typical of a Chinese cuisine witch with her unique intense concept.

Kwon Sung-joon's momentum is also formidable. Currently on a 5-game winning streak, he introduces himself as the 'Chinese Cuisine Orthodox' holding a Chinese cuisine certification. Kwon Sung-joon declares that he will break Lee Moon Jung's winning streak, which even Park Eun Young and Kim Poong, who have been responsible for the Chinese cuisine line on 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator', could not stop.

Karina's Seal Clap and Winter's Mukbang Add to the Scene

Between the cooking battles, reactions from the aespa members are added. During the 5-minute check time, Karina lifts the atmosphere of the scene by performing her unique and lovely 'seal clap' individual talent. As the completed dishes come out, Winter continues to express admiration and shows an impressive mukbang.

This broadcast once again conveys the unique urgency of 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator', where dishes must be completed within 15 minutes using only the guest's refrigerator ingredients. Whether Sam Kim succeeds in his revenge, whether Kwon Sung-joon can stop Lee Moon Jung's undefeated streak, and who the final winner will be to capture Winter's taste can be confirmed in the broadcast on July 5.
