"100% Self-Composed Part" New Technique in Break the Break

In the quarterfinals, Jun-han detailed his creative intentions for the solo parts of 'Break the Break' and 'Zombie the Rasta'. He emphasized that the solo for 'Break the Break' is a part he composed 100% himself.

In particular, to differentiate it from conventional methods, he shared, "Usually, tapping is done with one finger, but in 'Break the Break,' I attempted a new technique using two fingers, like playing a rhythm game." On the other hand, he added that for 'Zombie the Rasta,' he utilized licks in a Japanese animation style to create a flashy feel. Jun-han chose 'Break the Break' as the part he holds more affection for, as it fully contains his own ideas.

"So Difficult I Hate It" The Dilemma Between ICU and Fire

In the following semifinals, 'ICU' and 'Fire' faced off. Regarding the solo for 'ICU,' Jun-han expressed his honest feelings, saying, "It is so difficult that I still cannot play it properly, so I am always practicing."

He explained that the song is so challenging that his heart races every time he plays it, even using the expression that he "hates" it himself due to the difficulty level.

Regarding 'Fire,' he said, "As much as it is difficult, there is a sense of enjoyment in taking on the challenge." Jun-han also mentioned the hardships during the recording of the live clips. He revealed, "It was so difficult that I couldn't even record the live clip, so at the time, I sometimes played a solo that was prepared a bit more easily." However, he added that he is currently practicing constantly to preserve the feeling of the original song as much as possible.

While aiming for a perfect implementation of 'ICU,' Jun-han chose 'Fire' to advance to the semifinals due to his personal preference and challenging spirit. In the upcoming tournament, a battle between 'BBB,' born from improvisation, and 'King Bed' is scheduled to take place.
