Nam Gyu-ri nearly cries as SeeYa returns to music shows after 15 years
Nam Gyu-ri shares SeeYa's First, Again backstage moments, dance challenges with FIFTY FIFTY, STAYC and Riize, and THE FAN tour plans.
Returning to music shows after 15 years, feeling the changed industry system
Singer and actress Nam Gyu-ri revealed the behind-the-scenes stories of SeeYa's music show comeback through her YouTube channel, 'Gyulmeong.' The recently released video captures the waiting room scenes of the SeeYa members, who are currently promoting with the title track "Stay" from their 4th full-length album, 'First, Again.'

Nam Gyu-ri shared her thoughts on the changed broadcasting environment, mentioning the grueling schedule that began with dry rehearsals in the early morning. Unlike in the past when 7:00 AM dry rehearsals were common, she noted the shift in the system where pre-recordings often begin as early as 6:00 or 7:00 AM, expressing empathy for the hard work of junior idols.
Dance challenges with FIFTY FIFTY, STAYC, and Riize
During this promotional period, SeeYa connected with junior idols to keep the energy high on set. They exchanged signed CDs with FIFTY FIFTY and STAYC, and in the waiting room hallway, they filmed a dance challenge for the title track "Stay" with STAYC's Se-eun and FIFTY FIFTY's Ye-won and Athena. They also participated in a challenge with Riize's Anton and Eun-seok.
Overwhelmed by fan support and announcing a nationwide tour
Facing fans who arrived at the venue from the early morning, Nam Gyu-ri said, "I almost cried. Seeing the fans cheering, my emotions just welled up."
In return, the members of SeeYa greeted their fans by delivering snacks and other gifts prepared as a gesture of reverse support.
Meanwhile, SeeYa, continuing their promotions for the 4th full-length album 'First, Again,' will hold 'THE FAN,' a nationwide tour concert celebrating their 20th anniversary. The tour will kick off at Kyung Hee University Peace Hall in Seoul on August 29 and 30, followed by Busan on September 5, Daegu on September 12, Cheongju on October 10, Suwon on October 17, and will continue through Goyang, Incheon, and Jeju across eight cities nationwide.
