Singer Crush has shared news regarding his new album, which he is preparing for a release this autumn. Appearing on KBS 2TV's 'The Seasons - Sung Si-kyung's Ear-Pleasing Boyfriend' aired on the 17th, Crush shared updates on his recent musical activities and mentioned a special track to be included in the new album.
The highlight is a duet track featured in this album. Regarding his duet partner, Crush emphasized, "A duet song featuring a truly great person, a very remarkable person, is coming out." He added specific details about the release timing, stating, "It is scheduled to come out around the time summer ends and autumn begins."
An Improvised Duet with Sung Si-kyung... "Copyright Royalties are not what you'd think..."
During the broadcast, Crush performed a special duet with MC Sung Si-kyung, singing Echo's "Happy Me." As Sung Si-kyung began the first line of "Beautiful," Crush naturally added harmonies to complete the performance. The two continued their chemistry by singing "The Act of Loving."
Now in his 14th year since debut, Crush maintains an active career, with approximately 200 songs credited to his participation in featuring and composing. When Sung Si-kyung joked about copyright royalties, Crush replied, "Copyright royalties are not as much as you'd think," adding, "Forget a helicopter, my wish is just to own a car," which brought laughter to the set.
Meanwhile, Lee So-ra also appeared on the program. Lee So-ra expressed her gratitude for the song gifted to her by JANNABI and gave a short, passionate performance of JANNABI's "She."
