Jung Ho-yeon to Appear on Park Jung-min's YouTube Channel 'MUZE' to Promote Film 'HOPE'

In a video released on the YouTube channel 'MUZE' on the 10th, Jung Ho-yeon met with host Park Jung-min to chat. When Park Jung-min asked Jung Ho-yeon—who gained worldwide fame as a model before becoming a global star through 'Squid Game'—if she had ever had her fortune or destiny read, she replied, "I have."

"I once heard that because there is no water in my Saju, I would do well if I crossed the water [went abroad]. That is the only part I remember," Jung Ho-yeon said, making the set laugh with her playful remark, "So I'm not sure if my works are doing well."

In response, Park Jung-min provided a humorous contrast, saying, "I'm jealous. When I go to see a fortune teller, the shamans click their tongues. They tell me I need to perform a ritual (gut). They said I could have done even better, but I've already used up all my luck."

Starring in Director Na Hong-jin's new film 'HOPE'... Working with Hwang Jung-min

This video was arranged as a space for Hwang Jung-min and Jung Ho-yeon, the lead actors of Director Na Hong-jin's new film 'HOPE', to discuss the project.

The film 'HOPE' centers on 'Beom-seok', the head of the Hopo Port branch office located in the Demilitarized Zone. It depicts the events that unfold when Beom-seok, hearing news from the village youths that a tiger has appeared, faces an unbelievable reality.

In the video, Hwang Jung-min plays the role of Beom-seok, the head of the Hopo Port branch office, while Jung Ho-yeon plays the police officer Seong-ae. The two actors shared behind-the-scenes stories from the filming set, the process of preparing for the work, and their thoughts on working together. In particular, Hwang Jung-min, who shares a special senior-junior relationship with Park Jung-min, led the talk with his characteristic wit.

The film 'HOPE' is scheduled for theatrical release on July 15.
