The OST album is made up of 24 tracks in total, combining six vocal songs that drew listeners during the drama's broadcast run with 18 score tracks that heightened immersion in the story. The vocal lineup includes K.Will's “Love Begins Like This,” Kim Jae-hwan's “What Will Happen?,” Doyuka's “On This Sleeping Night,” Hong Isaac's “I Can,” Boramiyu's “Want to Come Eat Ramyeon?,” and More's “Electric Love.”

The music was overseen by music director Gae-mi, who has handled the music for talked-about works including The World of the Married, Sweet Home, When the Camellia Blooms, and Descendants of the Sun. With delicate emotion and lyrical melodies, Gae-mi supported the drama's emotional line as the characters moved through moments of love, growth and comfort.

The physical album, scheduled for release on the 28th, will include one CD in digipack format and a 60-page photobook. It will also come with six photocards, six postcards, two Pyeondong Health Branch employee ID card sets reflecting an in-drama setting, a general guidebook and a digital content card.

Doctor Seomboy follows public health doctor Do Ji-ui, played by Lee Jae-wook, and nurse Yook Ha Ri, played by Shin Ye-eun, as they meet on the notorious island of Pyeondongdo and gradually heal each other's wounds. Lee Myung-woo directed the series, Kim Ji-soo wrote the script, KT Studio Genie planned the project, and The Studio M handled production.

The music left behind by the cast and vocal lineup will continue to recall the drama's emotions even after the finale. The story of Do Ji-ui and Yook Ha Ri, portrayed by Lee Jae-wook and Shin Ye-eun, will linger a little longer for fans through the 24-track OST.
