BTS and BLACKPINK choreographers drive IDL's Seoul showdown
The IDL Seoul Series brings six pro dance teams to Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall on August 1, with 1MILLION, Quick Style and more.
The International Dance League (IDL), a global professional dance league, will host the 'Seoul Series' at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Seoul on August 1. As the fourth event of the IDL 2026 debut season, this competition will feature top-tier professional teams from six countries, including Korea's '1MILLION', Canada's 'Brotherhood', Southeast Asia's 'Jam Republic', Norway's 'Quick Style', New Zealand's 'The Royal Family', and the USA's 'GRV'.

Star-studded lineup featuring BLACKPINK and BTS choreographers
This competition boasts a massive lineup of choreographers who have spearheaded K-pop performances. Lia Kim, co-founder of 1MILLION, designed choreography for BLACKPINK and Twice, while Brotherhood's Scott Forsythe was responsible for the performances of BTS and Stray Kids. Julian Deguzman of Jam Republic worked on NCT 127's 'Kick It', and Quick Style's Nasir Sirikan has a history of handling the choreography for BTS's 'Blood Sweat & Tears' and 'Boy With Luv'.
Global league with 500 million cumulative views lands in Seoul
IDL is a global league that has sold out all previous series held in New York, Vancouver, and Sydney, recording 500 million cumulative views and impressions worldwide. "Korea is one of the countries that has produced the most influential choreographers in the world," said Connor Lim, IDL co-founder and CEO, while teasing the intense competition in Seoul.
