Kim Ji-soo Starts New Chapter as Prague Travel Agency CEO, Personally Leading Tours

Actress Kim Ji-soo is embarking on a new journey by establishing the travel agency 'Ji-soo in Prague' in Prague, Czech Republic, and even personally participating in tour sites. On June 29, 2026, she shared her daily life in Europe by posting photos taken at the Bastei National Park observatory in Germany on her social media (SNS).

Kim Ji-soo introduced the local scenery, saying, "The view from the observatory is like a painting on clear days, but it is also atmospheric even when it rains, and it is absolutely wonderful when snow accumulates in winter." She also shared traditional foods such as schnitzel, schweinshaxe, and white sausage, along with ingredients purchased at a German mart.

In the released photos, Kim Ji-soo revealed her unique atmosphere even in casual attire. Her transformation, as travel has become closer to her after spending a long time as an actress, was captured in her recent photos.

March 2026 Establishment of 'Ji-soo in Prague'

After moving to Prague, Czech Republic, in 2024, Kim Ji-soo established the local travel agency 'Ji-soo in Prague' in March 2026. She revealed the motivation for starting the business on her personal account, stating, "I became fascinated by the charm of Prague when I traveled there alone, which led me to start a travel agency."

This challenge, coming 35 years after she began her acting career, also contains Kim Ji-soo's thoughts on travel. She expressed that she wants to make travel not just simple sightseeing, but an 'experience that expands life,' saying, "While acting for a long time, what changed my life most deeply was always travel."

Kim Ji-soo said, "It is still a small company, but I am gradually planning special themed tours and events." She also expressed her intention to be directly on-site, stating, "It does not suit my style to just stand by with my hands behind my back as a CEO."

May and June Tour Schedules Directly Revealed

On May 11, Kim Ji-soo released the tour schedule that she will be participating in via SNS. The May schedule is guided as the 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 17, 20, 21, 23, 25, 29, 30, and the June schedule as the 1, 4, 5, 8, 12, 13, 14, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 30.

She added, "See you in Prague, Český Krumlov, and Dresden, Germany." She further confirmed her direct participation in Prague walking tours and others, saying, "Some people ask if I really accompany the tours at Ji-soo in Prague, but as posted in the notice, these are the schedules where I am together."

Regarding Kim Ji-soo, who announced her new start, her past history is also being mentioned. She had an unlicensed driving accident in 2000, and in 2010, she was sentenced to a fine of 10 million won after leaving the scene of a drunk driving accident.

There was also an instance where she received criticism for appearing later than the promised time during a promotional interview for the movie 'Intimate Strangers' in 2018.
