Actress Han Ga-in donned gloves for the first time in her life, revealing her striking skills while sparring with an active combat sports athlete.

On the 16th, a video was released on the YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in,' capturing Han Ga-in taking on kickboxing training and real combat sparring under the guidance of Kim Dong-hyun. During the session, Han Ga-in trained alongside Kim Dong-hyun, an athlete preparing for an MMA debut, and MMA champion King Kong.

Unlike her initial hesitation to strike her opponent at the start of training, Han Ga-in moved aggressively, quickly closing the distance once the sparring began. When Han Ga-in's punch landed accurately on the opponent's face, Kim Dong-hyun, watching the scene, appeared flustered and shouted, "Get it together. Do you want to retire?"

King Kong, who was the sparring partner, checked the number of hits Han Ga-in landed, noting, "I took about three or four hits."

King Kong praised Han Ga-in's talent, stating, "For a first-timer, with this level of stamina and posture, her skills will improve rapidly. It seemed like she felt euphoria when the hits landed accurately. She knew instinctively."

Kim Dong-hyun praised the training session, pointing out the uppercuts, straights, and low kicks Han Ga-in demonstrated. After finishing the workout, Han Ga-in shared her thoughts, saying, "I had to use much more core strength than I expected."

When Kim Dong-hyun explained that mixed martial arts is a sport of finding an opponent's weakness to strike, Han Ga-in showed interest, asking, "Doesn't that mean you can completely overpower someone?"

In particular, when asked who she would want to knock down, Han Ga-in drew laughter from the scene by mentioning her husband, Yeon Jung-hoon, saying, "There is an 'egennam' (man who is a bit of a handful) at my house. Do you think I could do it?"

Han Ga-in married Yeon Jung-hoon in 2005, has one son and one daughter, and currently shares her daily life through her personal YouTube channel.
