A victim of an attack targeting a foreigner that occurred in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, has personally recounted the urgent situation at the time. The process of catching the perpetrators, who overtook the vehicle, blocked its path, and struck the car, is adding to the frustration as it is not going smoothly.

A pre-release video of the 189th episode of the JTBC entertainment program 'Han Moonchul's Dashcam Review' contains an interview with the victim of the foreign attack that occurred in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province. According to the victim, the incident occurred after stopping for about 30 minutes to have a conversation near Sigong Station.

Immediately after departing, the victim realized through the vehicle's mirror that another vehicle was chasing them. The victim explained that they were driving at about 40–50 km/h at the time, but the pursuing vehicle followed from behind at a speed of 60–70 km/h. Feeling threatened, the victim briefly stopped at a nearby shop, but ultimately, the incident occurred when the opposing vehicle blocked the path of the victim's vehicle.

Regarding the situation at the time, the victim said, "It was a scary situation where they blocked the vehicle, and the person who got out of the driver's seat held a cell phone and pressed it against the hood." In this process, damage occurred where the hood of the vehicle was dented. The victim expressed their feelings at the time, saying, "I was so afraid that I didn't know how to respond."

Difficulties in the investigation were revealed during the process of tracking the perpetrators after the incident occurred. The victim stated that after the incident, they reported it to the police and requested an investigation, but heard from the detective in charge that it would be difficult to catch the perpetrators.

According to the victim's explanation, the detective in charge checked the surrounding crime prevention systems (CCTV, etc.), but the surrounding environment was too dark to identify the vehicle's license plate. As identifying the license plate became impossible, the investigation faced difficulties.

The victim showed a strong will for the apprehension of the criminals, saying, "If these lawless people are left alone, these things will continue to happen."
