Unit Activities Resumed After 8 Years: 'Cold Blood' and 'Why do I cry?'

The most eye-catching aspect of this album is the unit configuration, which is being presented for the first time in eight years since 2018's 'From.9'. The album includes unit songs designed to showcase the different charms of the members.

'Cold Blood' is a unit song featuring Lee Chae-young, Lee Na-gyung, and Baek Ji-heon. On the other hand, 'Why do I cry?' features Song Ha-young and Park Ji Won as a unit, presenting a vocal synergy that differs from their usual high-energy image.

10 Tracks Including Title Song 'Vitamin ME'... Members Participate in Songwriting

The title track is 'Vitamin ME'. It captures the signature refreshing energy of fromis_9 that has continued through 'WE GO', 'Stay This Way', and 'Supersonic'. The album contains a total of 10 tracks, including the title song and 'ETERNAL', 'Pocket Treat', 'Blue Heart', 'Screen Time', 'Teacher', 'Cold Blood', 'Why do I cry?', 'DAY1', and 'Wonderland'.

Notably, several members, including Song Ha-young, Park Ji Won, Lee Chae-young, Lee Na-gyung, and Baek Ji-heon, participated directly in the music production by contributing to the lyrics and composition.

fromis_9 has built a reputation as a summer season powerhouse, having previously achieved four wins on music programs with 'Supersonic' and ranking 5th on the Melon Top 100, as well as taking 1st place on KBS2 'Music Bank' with 'LIKE YOU BETTER', the title track from their 6th mini album 'From Our 20's'.
